If client / member paid twice payment for one transaction, the one amount will be refunded via same source within 07 to 10 working days.

Refunds
In case, the transaction is not processed successfully due to any issues, then we shall refund the amount (excluding the convenience charges) in the same account or mode of payment from which the remittance was initiated. Users understands that the Banks and/or any financial institution any reject authorization of transaction placed by the User for any reason including but not limited to risk management, suspicion of fraudulent, illegal or doubtful transactions. In such a case, the user shall be refunded the entire amount into his account within 7 to 10 working days. However, Apnaaccount shall under no circumstances be liable to repay / refund the amount to the User once the transaction is successfully processed.
Suspension and Termination
- Subject to applicable law, the User is responsible for notifying Apnaaccount immediately upon becoming aware of any unauthorized access into or misuse of the account causing a breach of security as per the Terms of Use. Apnaaccount shall extend support by ensuring immediate termination or suspension of such account and shall take such other appropriate safety measures as it may deem necessary. Apnaaccount shall not be held liable for any unauthorized access into the account and/or any loss or damage caused to the User by such unauthorized access or loss or damage caused as a consequence of the delay or failure of the User in informing Apnaaccount about such unauthorized access.
- Apnaaccount, at all times, reserves the right, to reject or disable an account immediately in the event of the User’s violation of any applicable law or anything done by the User in contravention of these Terms of Use and including but not limited for any other reason in relation to the safe and secure operation of the Site.
- Apnaaccount has the right to modify, suspend or terminate all or any part of the Services including its features, structure, Fees and layout, and/or suspend or deactivate, whether temporarily or permanently, the account and/or User’s access to the Site, at any time, without any prior notice to the User.
